I sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and the commercial side, and I translate across all three. My job is to make them one conversation, so tradeoffs get made on purpose instead of by accident. I own the NPI and hardware program function end to end: the governance, the teams, the launches, and the lifecycle.
I make constraints visible and force decisions at the right level, rather than waiting for perfect clarity. I trust my teams, give them room to solve problems unconventionally, and hold both morale and productivity high.
